After analysing the project brief, floor plan of the space is given to the client along with a suitable concept. Keeping the client’s requirements and design aesthetics in mind, the concept is further developed with the help of visual references. Once the plan and design have been finalized, a rough estimate is prepared considering the basic market rates. After preparing the budget, we start working on detailed technical drawings and provide the client with 2d wall elevations along with pictorial and material references. Design execution starts only after thorough planning and finalization of basic materials like marble and veneer etc. has been done. We take great care to balance utility with aesthetics in our design keeping the client’s budget and time frame in mind.
